Superintendent
Donterrio Marzett serves as Executive Director and Superintendent for KIPP Tulsa Public Charter Schools and is responsible for the implementation of all aspects of this charter and for the day-to-day operations and management of the school. Mr. Marzett has served in many roles in KIPP Tulsa, including KIPP Tulsa University Prep High School school leader and KIPP Tulsa College Prep Middle School school leader, Assistant Principal and Band / Music Instructor. Mr. Marzett received his B.A. in Music Education from Langston University and M.Ed. in Education Administration from the University of Oklahoma. Born and raised in north Tulsa, Mr. Marzett continues to reside in the community with his wife and son.

Sienna Scott is the Chief Academic Officer at KIPP Tulsa. As a New Jersey native, she has also achieved positive student outcomes through her leadership in Newark, NJ, Brooklyn, NY, and across North Carolina. She holds an undergraduate degree in Urban Education from Rutgers University and a graduate degree in Literacy Education from New York University. Passionate about literacy and student success, Sienna believes that all students will succeed with the appropriate support. As Chief Academic Officer, she wakes up excited each day to support all stakeholders in driving academic growth and achievement.

Janey Nemard is the Director of Development at KIPP Tulsa. She is passionate about driving change and fostering economic mobility in low socio-economic communities. She brings a wealth of experience spanning Corporate America, education, and workforce development sectors. Janey’s journey has equipped her with a unique perspective, understanding the intricate interplay between various stakeholders in the pursuit of societal progress. She has a unique ability to establish and nurture relationships across the country. From boardrooms to community centers, Janey has forged connections that transcend geographical boundaries, enabling impactful collaborations and initiatives. These relationships have been instrumental in driving positive change and empowering individuals to unlock their full potential.

Director of Humanities
Marian Billbury is the Director of Humanities at KIPP Tulsa College Prep. Marian is a native of Tulsa where she attended public schools. Marian has a true love of education and working with students in her community, empowering them through literacy, learning, and access to high-quality education. Her motto is that every student deserves the opportunity to discover their voice and reach their full potential. Throughout her career as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and now district leader, Marian has championed equity in education by fostering culturally responsive practices and a deep appreciation for the power of reading and writing.

MaDonna Arnold has more than 20 years of experience in education, the majority being at KIPP Tulsa as a math/science teacher and instructional coach. Her love of all things STEM drives her to continue to build excellent programs that ensure students will not only succeed but love those subjects as well. With the love and support of her husband and three children, MaDonna graduated from the University of Tulsa. In her free time, MaDonna loves to craft, kayak, bowl, and spend time with her two grandsons.

Andrea Walker is a native of Oklahoma City and proud graduate of Douglass High School. She obtained her degree in Special Education from Langston University. In 2006, she was the first Student Support Teacher at KIPP Tulsa. Since then she has served as Student Support Coordinator, Assistant Principal, and Regional Student Support Manager. Andrea is beginning her 24th year in education and continues to be committed to providing a high-quality education to all students. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Higher Education Leadership with plans to complete in May 2023. She is the proud mother of two sons, O.C., III and Aiden.

Principal of KIPP Tulsa University Prep High School
Jamia Irons is the Principal of KIPP Tulsa University Prep High School, where she has dedicated more than 10 years to the KIPP community. As a co-founder of the high school, she served as the Founding Assistant Principal. Mrs. Irons holds a BA in English Education and Spanish from Oral Roberts University and an M.Ed. in Education Administration and Curriculum Supervision from the University of Oklahoma. With over 17 years of involvement in the Tulsa community, she enjoys leading worship at her church, acting, playing instruments, and reading.

Melanie Rathod is the School Leader at KIPP Tulsa College Preparatory. She is a Langston University Alum who currently has her Bachelor of Business Degree in Organization Management. Her journey with KIPP Tulsa began in 2015 as an 8th Grade Math Teacher. During her time in the classroom she held leadership roles such as Director of Student Culture and Grade Level Chair. After 2.5 years in the classroom she became an Assistant School Leader & STEM Instructional Coach. She and her husband work with love and passion for the community that raised them, North Tulsa. With dedication and innovation, her aim is for KIPPsters to leave KTCP with immense growth in both academics and character.
